Who are we?

SEURECA is responsible for the Veolia Group's Engineering Consulting and Strategic and Operational Assistance activities for public and private clients in France and abroad. SEURECA is involved in every stage of the project cycle, from preliminary planning studies, such as master plans and feasibility studies, to infrastructure design and construction supervision. SEURECA also provides technical assistance and operational support. SEURECA gives its clients access to the world leader in ecological transformation's expertise on a project basis, whether the project involves water cycle management, waste management and circularity, energy, or decarbonization.
